With respect to leasing office the advantages or features of this mobile application are: 1) Easily track the issues of various tenants. 2) Sort the issues according to the importance/urgency. 3) Can send notification(private/public) to tenants. 4) Can update information about the housing community and update the information about the availability of flats.
