This PR re-instates the changes in this previous PR (#992) but also adds the necessary config to the legacy API (I had missed this in the change, assuming it was not leveraged in any fern calls)
Summary
This is an upgrade to the Fern CLI that allows the Superagent config to continue upgrading by disabling the usage of the title field that was causing schema conflicts.
