Fixes sublimehq#1756 This commit partly applies the proposed change of the mentioned issue to fix infix operator definitions as it seems safe enough not to break something.
This commit adds a test to illustrate correct highlighting of function definitions.

This PR proposes to partly apply the change proposed in the issue to fix infix operator definitions as it seems safe enough not to break something.
Note: The first mentioned issue about function definitions seems to work in ST 4131.
