Version 1.3.0: Annotations for all colon cancer notes for test

This release includes all annotations that were produced by the THYME project for patients in the test portion of the colon cancer sub-corpus.

Version 1.2.0: EVENT and TIMEX3 annotations on colon cancer notes for test

This release includes the EVENT and TIMEX3 annotations (excluding EVENT DocTimeRel properties) that were produced by the THYME project for patients in the test portion of the colon cancer sub-corpus.

Version 1.1.0: Annotations for all colon cancer notes for development

This release includes all annotations produced by the THYME project for patients in the development portion of the colon cancer sub-corpus (which served as the test set for the Clinical TempEval 2015 shared task).

Version 1.0.0: Annotations for all colon cancer notes for training

This release includes all annotations produced by the THYME project for patients in the training portion of the colon cancer sub-corpus:

• Temporal annotations for 293 notes
• Coreference annotations for 210 notes
• UMLS annotations for 61 notes

The release also includes a number of cleanups to resolve mismatches between the source texts and the annotations (including file naming issues and line ending / character offset issues).
