Bumped the manifest to ensure compatibility between the previous and future neo4j desktop integrations (until v2.x).
Changed some of the README formatting
Made the Neo4j service easier to upgrade to the latest neo4j-driver
Made the Menu component functional
Verified with a Neo4j Remote connection via bolt connection for Unable to connect to remote graph #40
