I'm currently software developer and budding computer scientist with a BS and MS from University of Michigan - Flint. My ultimate goal is to get a PhD in computer science and do research at the intersection of IoT, edge computing and ML. :)
In the meantime, I'm going to hone coding skills while entertaining concrete job opportunities by writing contributing to the Clusterduck Protocol and hopefully publish a portion of my master's thesis. The money I get here is used to buy stuff like this, which we use not only for testing, but permanent deployments and my own research.
If you'd like to read the thesis for some reason, it's in University of Michigan's archive.
