• Update to latest Splunk Synthetic runner version - 0.19.3
• Adds an annotation to pods which is updated when secret and configmap changes. This makes the runner deployment roll without needing user to manually roll runner pods when updating token or certificates.
• Moves the logic to update system certificates with user provided certs to a dedicated initContainer.
• Fails the release if chart has no indication of runner token being injected

• Replaces file names of certificates provided to the extension .crt
• Secret value is correctly encoded
