Add Quadratic Equation Solver
Description
This pull request adds functionality to solve quadratic equations of the form
ax^2 + bx + c = 0. The solver uses the quadratic formulaIt handles real and complex roots depending on the discriminant value (
b^2 - 4ac). The function returns either two real roots or two complex roots if the discriminant is negative.
