Current ProtoBuf version is 3.19.4
UE plugin support for all platforms, Already Been Tested for Windows Android Linux DS, Enjoy it!
Only be tested in Unreal Engine 5.4, if anyone want to also support UE4 or with any issus, please contact create a issuse.
