I made some changes to the Linux build method for the Sample Specifically.
Building out the proj/cmake directory structure. And updating the samples CMakeLists.txt reflect what i think is the latest method for building projects using cinder and blocks as dependencies.
Also added to the gitignore, the linux build cruft. It might be a bit heavy handed.
Finally, line 100 in BasicApp.cpp called a method that I assume is depreciated from the imgui library. So for now, I commented it out? Maybe it's a linux only build failure if it is enabled?
