Utilizing the newly introduced
ValidatorStoretrait in Lighthouse, spawn thevalidator_services.Additional Info
Currently very much copy pasted to setup the client, especially the initial connection code.
Uses a special Lighthouse branch which we can't really merge to Lighthouse's
unstable, as we require the switch totracing.Depends on #76 and #77 as well as sigp/lighthouse#6705.
