This resolves the zlib download error saltstack#142 1.2.13 does not exist on zlib.net or sourceforge, but it does exist on github.

@dwoz could it possible to merge this PR? I also found the same solution and test it, commit in crosstool-ng - crosstool-ng/crosstool-ng@82346dd#diff-1e619c4b41311c1d2c38f196fe18557b77c33f1caace9a4db18bf0c853c328b4R2 related issue - crosstool-ng/crosstool-ng#1832 I think after that need to update this action (return back toolchain build). |
