Hashing

Hashing the files after extracting the cards from them allows inka to skip them on next inka collect command, if their content hasn't changed. This makes the program faster (especially when you use the inka collect command on a folder containing many Markdown files).

The -f/-full-sync flag allows you to collect cards from the file, even if it hasn't changed since the last time you used the inka collect command:

inka collect -f path/to/file.md
