There are some formatting changes as well from my editor as well as a few stylistic changes I thought were in keeping with the rest of the code I was reading.
Every time elm-spa gen is run, all of the files that exist in do not exist in src but exist in gen get deleted and all of the empty directories get deleted from the gen folder. I decided not to remove the empty folders from src directory because I thought that the user may want them even if they deleted all the files in said directory. (Why would they delete all the files in it but not the directory if they didn't have some reason for keeping the directory?)
