First Version

This version can, when running the EXE, automatically create a commit. You can also specify multiple pathes. The paths can be entered via the jsconfig.json file.
If the directory does not have a GIT directory, the application initializes one.
All actions that this application performs are local GIT commands. Remote actions will appear in the following versions.
