Add ICMP client to enable "ping" functionality from PPPoE/IPoE sessions to network interfaces, and vice versa. This addition will include numerous options for packet configuration and error reporting, such as ICMP unreachable, TTL exceeded, or fragmentation required messages. The goal is to improve testing scenarios, including CGNAT verification, fragmentation checks, TTL handling, and firewall filter evaluations.
