How to use any OpenStreetMap in the simulator

Obtain an OpenStreetMap either:

Extract a portion of the OpenStreetMap using a tool such as JOSM, Osmosis or take a look at the OpenStreetMap wiki
Alternatively, one can also first download a part: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Planet.osm http://metro.teczno.com/
