Updated README- Enhanced Existing Sections (datasets, courses, yt channles) and Added "Internship Programs and Opportunities" Section

Description

My proposed changes:

1. New Section: "Internship Programs and Opportunities"
   Added three tables:

• Where to Apply for Internships: Included links to relevant resources.
• Virtual Internship Programs: Listed various virtual internships with links.
• Shared Internship Opportunities: Compiled recent internship opportunities with links from LinkedIn.

2. Content Added to Existing Sections:

• Datasets: Added Hugging Face datasets.
• Courses: Included a mentorship program offered by the campus.
• YouTube Channels Section: Added two new channels: CampusX and Krish Naik

Fixes #1547
