2009 11 09 re linq now on codeplex

re-linq now has a project page on CodePlex: http://relinq.codeplex.com/. The source code is still hosted at https://svn.re-motion.org/svn, and re-linq is still a part of re-motion, of course, but since re-linq is quite valuable on its own, we thought it would be a good idea to give it a dedicated CodePlex identity.
A side-effect of this is that you can now download re-linq-only build packages from CodePlex, and as you can see from the “ToDo’s” section on the project home page, we’re planning to make re-linq completely independent from the other re-motion libraries.
