express-debug-toolbar provides an interactive way to debug your Express applications.
The Express Debug Toolbar is not at npm yet. In the meantime, you can clone this repository if you want to use this package.
In the near future you will have to use npm:
$ npm install express-debug-toolbar
The Debug Toolbar will only show up if the mimetype of the response is text/html
and contains the </body>
tag.
Currently, the Express Debug Toolbar has the following panels:
- Express Version (contentless)
- Application Information: node version, express version & used middleWares (named ones only)
- HTTP Headers and appplication-specific information
