The columns here are:

Column Description
Region Name (B) A name for each genomic region used. Using the drop box In cell A1 you can select one of these regions. This will automatically select all the sequences in sheet Seq-class that completely span the region (it will set TRUE in the column „Contain region“ of the sheet „Seq-class“). The row 2 of this column will allow you to check what you have really selected
Reference:Fig (C) Some of the papers where the region have been used. Include possible figure number and tables to easily localize the information
beg, end and frame for MEGAlign Enter the position of beginning and end of the region in the big alignment, counting the gaps. Enter the frame (1, 2, or 3 codon position of the first base in the region) if it is a coding region. The corresponding length will be shown next, in column nt.
beg, end and nt for Burma and wbGER27 strains Will automatically show the positions corresponding to reference sequences Burma:M73218 and wbGER27:FJ705359
beg, end for Burma Enter the position of beginning and end of the region in the Burma:M73218 sequence. The corresponding length (nt) will be shown next.
beg, end for Burma and wbGER27 strains Will automatically show the positions corresponding to reference sequences Burma:M73218 and wbGER27:FJ705359
