Delta frames

Added major feature to support blit with delta frames on lz4 (send only different bytes frame to frame). Isn't as default.

OSD shows cmd_init params (rgb, lz4, sound rate and channels,...)

First Dolphin test build

First build for Dolphin emulator. Based on fork https://github.com/m-dahl/groovy-dolphin

• Graphics options with new submenu for Groovy MiSTer
• Controllers from MiSTer (start a game to connect gamepads and map it)

Core and MiSTer_groovy updated with stability fixes for heavy lz4 frames and interlaced modelines.
