Data needed:

• Sentinel-1 stacks VV and VH (ENVI-stack, .hdr)
• shapes of the regions of intrest (ROI)/training samples with change
  

Programms recommended:

• Anaconda Navigator (Anaconda3)

Steps for execution:

1. import conda environment
   
2. use jupyter notebook with anaconda3
   

3. change file directory for stack and shape
   
4. change ID field for your data
   
5. select median or mean in "Visualisation"
   

execute plot script till TESTZONE for visual analysis (plots) for timelines of the ROIs
