txn: Add test case to cover the case that check_txn_status on primary lock of primary txn may affect transaction correctness (#51667)

This PR adds a test to ensure that #51666 (tikv/tikv#16620) is fixed.

Requires:

• Add hook after receiving RPC to allow fine-grained controlling of injections and simulations in failpoint tests tikv/client-go#1211
• txn: Fix the issue that CheckTxnStatus didn't make rollback on optimistic transaction's primary protected, which may break transaction atomicity tikv/tikv#16621
