add FR azerty keymap

I tested the default azerty keymap and it doesn't work for me (at all) so I created one and here it is.

Thanks for your contribution, but please next time open it for the 'devel' branch, because 'master' does not accept pull requests (and anyway it is several commits behind).

Then you should write an issue report, explaining what is wrong with that keymap. Maybe we can fix it, or replace it.

I'm not sure, there are many different azerty keymaps, and it's maybe a matter of tastes, physical keyboard layout etc. And it's super long to explain, I'll probably have to make ea drawing with inkscape, find a photo of my keyboard layout, place notes names on it etc ... I'm afraid I don't have time for that. And I think it's a good thing that users can choose between different layouts anyway.
