Decaf is a three-column, fluid-width theme for Moodle that was created by Lei Zhang (now maintained by Paul Nicholls). It improves usability by shifting settings and navigation to top of the page, in the so-called "Moodle awesome bar".
For developers, it also transfers the performance info into a colorful floated bar at the bottom of the page, which increases awareness of performance, as well as improving usability.
