It's possible at some point in time that the
LeadersProgramcomponent (on WFB article pages which prompted the investigation leading to this PR) was being rendering via SSR and this would have worked as expected, however as it currently stands these are using "non-SSR" (wasn't necessarily sure if this was client-side rendering) and is rendering these in a duplicative fashion.PRODUCTION:
