View Note Screen from Map Revamp & Changing Publish Note View

Overview
The Note View from the Map Screen has two sections. The top section containers a scroll view which holds all the images of the note. The bottom half of the note contains the text related to the note which can also be scrolled. However, this design choice does not enable the inline photo concept that we implemented before. Inorder to implement inline photos into the view note, the Note View needs to be changed. Furthermore, once the changes to the Note View have been updated, notes viewed from Publish Notes should be direct to this newly updated page.

Requirements

1. Photos must be properly inline with the text
2. Button shall be present to view the images of the note
3. Publish Notes shall direct users to this new view
