I see many
cycleway:laneswith values likedesignatedand similar, which is a mixup withbicycle:lanes.Approximately 600 cases worldwide.
As there currently is no clear tagging scheme for e.g. exclusive/advisory lanes on a per-lane basis, it tolerates everything containing that at the moment.
