Set Eclipse workspace_loc to reflect the default project directory name

The project root directory is named artifact-listener, so this changes the workspace_loc to reflect that.

I don't want to merge this now as the behavior depends on the way the project has been retrieved. As I use m2eclipse « maven import projects... », here the project is named by its maven artifactId and eclipse launch file is right.

I think I'll refactor artifactId so that it reflects github project name, and I'll merge your code.
