I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue with the 'Lock Threads' GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials. The issue was caused by the 'dessant/lock-threads@v4' action not being able to authenticate correctly due to missing GitHub tokens.
The solution involved modifying the '.github/workflows/lock-issue.yml' file to include the correct GitHub token in the 'with' section of the 'dessant/lock-threads@v4' action.
Summary of Changes
This change should resolve the authentication issue and allow the 'Lock Threads' workflow to run successfully.
