Fix GitHub Actions Authentication Issue

  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue with the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials. The problem was identified to be with the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action not being able to authenticate correctly due to missing or incorrect GitHub token.

The solution involved modifying the GitHub Actions workflow file (.github/workflows/lock-threads.yml) to use the correct GitHub token stored in the repository secrets.

Summary of Changes

• Modified .github/workflows/lock-threads.yml to include the GitHub token in the parameters for the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. This was done by adding a new line 'token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}' after line 12.

These changes should resolve the issue with the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials.
