I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue of failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The 'GITHUB_TOKEN' in the 'opencommit.yml' workflow and the 'BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN' in the 'release.yml' workflow have been checked and updated as necessary.
