[cv_dv_utils uvm_agents] response_handler is not configured(id_info) correctly

Hi,

There seems to be an issue regarding the way response handler is used in the uvm_agents developped by CEA(cv_dv_utils).
A reponse handler requires sequence id information to be passed correctly before the reponse is sent back to sequencer.

These informations need to be extracted from the req sequence it and pass on to the response sequence item. This do not seems to be done correctly in the uvm_agents which are part of cv_dv_utils.

This impacts
axi_superset_agent
generic_agent.
