* Consolidate Course Re-run * Navigation and Reference<>Target updates * Delete rerun_course (it lives in course_rerun now) * Add targets to docs * Revise example course numbers * Remove non-existent reference exercise_tools/checkbox is actually exercise_tools/multi_select which already exists in the TOC
