Update to Cadence v1.2.1

TODO:

• CheckerEnvironment.ResolveLocation needs to be added, and should call FVM's environment.ResolveLocation. This needs:
  • A way to get all contract names of an account
  • The address of the Crypto contract. This can be determined from the chain ID, but IDK how to get it
