Changes:

• Version 2.0.3 was increased to version 2.1.0
• The mirna-interactions endpoint was removed. Only mirna-target-interactions remains with the functionality of both endpoints.
• New functionality in endpoint mirna-target-interactions: The gene, score and include_pubmed parameters were added.
• Response times of the mirna-target-interaction endpoint were improved. Indexes were created for the search fields and the include_pubmed parameter was added to make its use optional.
• New 'methylation' endpoint to get details about a specific methylation site
• Documentation update with the addition of usage examples on each endpoint.
