Ability to comment on another users stories?

I'm wondering if there could be the ability to be able to comment on stories of users who you could target by selecting a page or hashtag that they follow?

This would help increase activity in contacting other users as DMs can be blocked and accounts suspended.

We did a quick check and this issue looks very darn similar to

• #1270 - [BUG] Erro login "Updates to Our Terms and Data Policy"
• #1267 - [BUG] Video upload not working
• #1265 - [BUG] The "caption" does not accept any language except English

This could be a coincidence, but if any of these issues solves your problem then I did a good job 😄

If not, the maintainers will get to this issue shortly.
