[BUG] Erro login "Updates to Our Terms and Data Policy" #1270

Describe the bug

When I try to login with the username and password, a message appears saying that the terms of use have updated and does not complete the login.
I tried to log in using my cell phone to try to accept these new terms but the message doesn't appear

To Reproduce

Additional context
On my pc it works normally, the problem started when I upgraded to VPS.
My Pc is in Brazil and VPS in the USA... Maybe the different ip made Instagram send new service terms
