This is release 1.2 of the Request For Proposal Contract Template Language Documents. A template for Motor Freight Carriers to use in procuring telematics systems and ensuring that these systems fulfill cybersecurity requirements.

For this release, the matrix of requirements was extracted and placed in its own repo, nmfta-repo/nmfta-telematics_security_requirements and released as v1.2. In this release nmfta-rfp_templates-v1.2.zip below you will find:

  • TEMPLATE Request for Proposals.docx -- the template Request for Proposals capturing contract details and expectations for proposals from vendors
  • TEMPLATE Request for Proposals Appendix I - Requirements Questionnaires.xlsx -- the template requirements questionnaires for completing with functional & technical requirements for the project as well as collecting ready-made sets of cybersecurity requirements.
  • TEMPLATE Proposals Assessment.xlsx -- the template proposals assessment for completing with assessments of the vendor (response) proposals
