Does that mean that the rewards distribution is not yet done on your side?
A user delegating its stake to your validator will receive rewards if delegating right now?

i must emphasis - at any point in time, almost from the genesis block - i HAVE distributed the rewards, continuously to all staker wallets (please check)
in other words - i have sent all rewards to ALL stakers, my only problem was that the process is manual from my side (through arpl interface, no script yet - working on that)

YES - the user which delegate to this validator will continue to receive its share
