1.0.0: streamlined UI for generated apps

Apps created with create-near-app will now have a simpler, more approachable design and extra info to help you get up and running quickly. They'll also support dark mode! Check it out:

In addition, create-near-app now has a reorganized codebase that will make it easier to ship rapid improvements in the future.
