Just a few "dependencies chores"

Replace @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin, @typescript-eslint/parser, eslint, eslint-config-prettier, eslint-import-resolver-typescript, eslint-plugin-import, and eslint-plugin-prettier by @biomejs/biome.
Update, upgrade, and adapt (as needed) all dependencies.
Remove unused dependencies: @types/node.
