  1. Upgrade mintty to 2.8.0.
  2. Pass mintty Locale as LANG environment variable to wslbridge.
  3. Fix SHELL environment variable.
  4. Fix zh_CN.po.

If your wsl-terminal version number is higher than 0.8.0, can upgrade it with ./cmdtool update (usage).
