Import 'Escape from Home' tutorial

Import the Hour of Code - "Escape from Home" tutorial from https://github.com/ksavage-work/hoc-home-escape.

• Import tutorial markdown
• Reference the ksavage-work HOC extension
• Do some cleanups
• Make an Activity version of the tutorial to test run
• Record an intro splash GIF
• Include in Home Screen

Also, the hoc-home-escape extension needs some updating for blocks color, namespace description, and maybe use JS style function names instead of Python style.

There is no image editing in this scenario. I think we should advertise a basic tutorial for HoC as most users have never used arcade before.

Looks like there are no steps in here requiring the user to draw anything. Do you think that is a key part of an HoC tutorial?

Yes abolustely, hour of code is meant to be fun and inviting. Drawing pixel art is guaranteed to work even if the students are not really into logic or puzzle solving.

@Jaqster - Do you still want to get this in, in its current form? This works better as an Activity style tutorial where getting through each room is one activity. I've added an Activity version of the tutorial as an alternative also.
