It seems it is mostly functional now, so better release something now instead of postponing it till version 1.0
What works:
- creating and managing lists
- subscriptions, permissions restrictions for subscriptions and posting
- receiving posts and sending them to subscribers (basic mailing list stuff)
- managing user requests
- optional web server, no javascript with archives and sign in
