Per Salesforce, the coverage inaccuracies still exist on the "deploy" coverage reports. The CLI update via sf CLI version 2.62.6 was a workaround, total solution needs to be completed by Apex Team on the server-side.

Even if users are using a newer CLI with the workaround, if the deploy coverage is still partially inaccurate, I shouldn't accept this PR to change my plugin until the server is fixed to completely fix this.
