Summary
Ticket: Show all departure cards at stop
Adds departure info to the stop details page, sharing some elements from nearby transit.
Testing
Manually checked that this works. I haven't decided how much of the iOS side I think is worth unit testing - there's very little actual logic in there, and there are unit tests for the shared code and there are already unit tests for the nearby transit pieces - but it's likely that the answer is not zero.
