Material for talk on examples of parallel computing

Code folder contains all of the scripts that were run on the remote server.

cluster_presentation.Rpres with my_style.css and the 'images' folder can be combined to recreate the presentation if loaded in RStudio.

The creating of the presentation can take about 10-15 minutes because some of the examples take a long time to run.

cluster_presentation.html is the talk

Best way to get this is to just clone the repo. Alternatively, open the link then click "view the full file" then file->save page as.
