Follow up to #11906
This had been replaced by Exiv2 entirely now since easyexif only does reading.
Future work is to enable XMP compatibility which is easy for linux/mac but requires an external Expat build for Windows & Android. Use package manager like conan or consider simpler library like https://github.com/libexif/libexif.
